Ultron es un robot creado por un Vengador, Henry Pym, Hank creo a Ultron mientras experimentaba con la robotica, luego Ultron se rebela contra Pym y le lava el cerebro para hacerle creer que nunca creo a Ultron, es así como Ultron creo la segunda encarnación de Los Amos Del Mal bajo una capucha carmesí, para, posteriormente, enfrentarse a Hank Pym y a Los Vengadores, conviertiendose en uno de sus peores villanos.
